  "text": "In this Order—\n“the Act” (“y Ddeddf”) means the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996;\n“construction contract” (“contract adeiladu”) has the meaning given in section 104 of the Act;\n“construction operations” (“gweithrediadau adeiladu”) has the meaning given in section 105 of the Act.",
