# The Construction Contracts (Wales) Exclusion Order 2011, Article 1: Title, application and commencement


(1) The title of this Order is the Construction Contracts (Wales) Exclusion Order 2011. It comes into force on 1 October 2011.
(2) This Order applies in relation to a construction contract to the extent that it relates to the carrying out of construction operations in Wales.
