# The Construction (Design and Management) (Amendment) Regulations 2000, Regulation 2: Amendment of the principal Regulations


In paragraph (1) of regulation 2, for the definition of “designer” there shall be substituted the following definition—
““designer” means any person who carries on a trade, business or other undertaking in connection with which he prepares a design”.
