  "heading": "Repeals, revocations and modifications",
  "text": "(1) Subsections (6) and (7) of section 127 of the Factories Act 1961 are repealed.\n(2) Regulations 5 and 6 of the Construction (General Provisions) Regulations 1961 are revoked.\n(3) The Construction (Notice of Operations and Works) Order 1965 is revoked.\n(4) For item (i) of paragraph 4(a) of Schedule 2 to the Health and Safety (Enforcing Authority) Regulations 1989, the following item shall be substituted—\n“(i) regulation 7(1) of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994 (S.I.1994/3140) (which requires projects which include or are intended to include construction work to be notified to the Executive) applies to the project which includes the work; or”.",
