  "text": "Where at the coming into force of these Regulations the time specified in regulation 6(3) for the appointment of the planning supervisor has passed, the time for appointing the planning supervisor by virtue of regulation 6(1)(a) shall be as soon as is practicable after the coming into force of these Regulations.",
