# The Construction Products (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 14: Amendments to Article 12

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) Article 12 (authorised representatives) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1, at the end insert “ established in the United Kingdom ”.
(3) In paragraph 2—
(a) in point (a), for “national” substitute “ market ”;
(b) in point (b), omit “national”;
(c) in point (c), for “the competent national authorities, at their” substitute “ a competent authority, at its ”.
