# The Construction Products (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 37: Amendments to Article 38

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) Article 38 (other simplified procedures) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1, for “harmonised”, in both places, substitute “ designated ”;
(3) In paragraph 2, for “a notified” substitute “ an approved ”.
