# The Construction Products (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 52: Amendments to Article 52

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) Article 52 (operational obligations for notified bodies) is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading and paragraphs 1 and 2, for “notified”, in each place it occurs, substitute “ approved ”.
(3) In paragraphs 3 and 4, for “a notified” substitute “ an approved ”.
(4) In paragraph 5, for “notified” substitute “ approved ”.
