# The Construction Products (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 60: Amendments to Article 59

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) Article 59 (formal non-compliance) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1—
(a) in the words before point (a), for “Member State” substitute “ market surveillance authority ”;
(b) in points (a) and (b), for “CE” substitute “ UK ”.
(3) In paragraph 2, for “Member State” substitute “ market surveillance authority ”.
