# The Construction Products (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 9: Amendments to Article 7

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) Article 7 (supply of the declaration of performance) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 3—
(a) for “Commission” substitute “ Secretary of State ”;
(b) for “means of delegated acts” substitute “ regulations ”;
(3) In paragraph 4, for the words from “the language” to the end substitute “ English ”.
