# The Construction Products (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 4

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) The relevant Commission Decisions, have effect, in relation to England and Wales, and Scotland, as if Article 3 were omitted.
(2) The “relevant Commission Decisions” are—
(a) Commission Decision 2005/403/EC of 25 May 2005 establishing the classes of external fire performance of roofs and roof coverings for certain construction products as provided for by Council Directive 89/106/EEC;
(b) Commission Decision 2005/610/EC of 9 August 2005 establishing the classes of reaction-to-fire performance for certain construction products.
