Regulation 15 Enforcement
(1)
It shall be the duty of–
(a)
every weights and measures authority in Great Britain;
(b)
every district council in Northern Ireland.
to enforce within their area the provisions of Part II.
(2)
Nothing in this regulation shall authorise any weights and measures authority to bring proceedings in Scotland for an offence.
