Regulation 7 Requirement to give information about products which do not bear the EC mark

A person who supplies a construction product which does not bear the EC mark shall give to an enforcement authority, or any of its officers, all information which he has about the product and which the authority or officer may reasonably require for the purposes of ascertaining whether the product satisfies the requirement in regulation 3 or is one to which these Regulations do not apply.
