# The Construction Products Regulations 2013, Regulation 28: Revocations and amendments


(1) The Construction Products Regulations 1991 and the Construction Products (Amendment) Regulations 1994 are revoked.
(2) Schedule 5 (amendments to statutory instruments) has effect.
