  "text": "In the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 —\n(a) in regulation 1(2) omit the definitions “the Directive”, “European technical approval” and “harmonized standard”; and\n(b) in regulation 4—\n(i) in paragraph (2)—\n(aa) in sub-paragraph (a) for “the Directive” substitute “ Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products and repealing Council Directive 89/106/EEC ”, and\n(bb) omit sub-paragraph (b); and\n(ii) in paragraph (6)(a) for “European technical approval” substitute “ European Technical Assessment within the meaning of the Regulation mentioned in paragraph (2)(a) ”.",
