  "text": "This Order provides for the application of sections 1 and 2 of the Consular Conventions Act 1949 to the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and enables Her Majesty to give effect to the provisions relating to administration of estates in the Consular Convention between the United Kingdom and the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic which was signed at Prague on 3rd April 1975.\nThe purport of sections 1 and 2 of the Act is stated in the preamble to this Order. Section 1 relates to England and, with the modifications contained in section 7 of the Act, to Northern Ireland; section 2 relates to Scotland.",
