  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Consular Fees Order 1987 so as to prescribe a fee for the replacement of an existing passport in order to amend the holder’s name (fee 18), to add a fresh photograph or to amend the holder’s description (fee 19). The Order also introduces a new fee for receiving in the United Kingdom an application made in the United Kingdom for a certificate of entitlement to the right of abode (fee 22A).",
