  "text": "This statutory instrument has been made in consequence of an error in S.I. 1989/152 and is to be issued free of charge to all known recipients of that instrument.\nDIPLOMATIC SERVICE\nMade 16th May 1989\nComing into force 7th June 1989\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 16th day of May 1989\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the power conferred upon Her by section 1(1) of the Consular Fees Act 1980, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
