Article 2

Part II of the Table of Consular Fees in the Schedule annexed to the Consular Fees Order 1989^f1 shall be amended as follows—

(a)

in the entry for Fee 12, after the words “32 pages” there shall be added “which includes replacing an expired passport, and issuing a new passport of full validity when an original passport of restricted validity is unavailable”, and for “15.00” there shall be substituted “18.00”;

(b)

in the entry for Fee 12A^f2, after the words “48 pages” there shall be added “which includes replacing an expired passport, and issuing a new passport of full validity when an original passport of restricted validity is unavailable”, and for “22.50” there shall be substituted “27.00”;

(c)

in the entry for Fee 14, for “7.50” there shall be substituted “12.00” and for “11.25” there shall be substituted “18.00”;

(d)

in the entry for Fee 15, for “2.00” there shall be substituted “3.00”;

(e)

in the entry for Fee 16, for “30.00” there shall be substituted “40.00”;

(f)

in the entry for Fee 17, for “4.00” there shall be substituted “5.00”; and

(g)

in the entries for Fees 18 and 19, for “3.00”, in both places where it occurs, there shall be substituted “5.00”.
