  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Consular Fees Order 1994 so as to decrease the fee for issuing a British Visitor’s passport (other than one including the particulars of a spouse) from £12.50 to £12. Single fees (Fees 20(a)(i) and (ii)) of £20 are provided for receiving and processing an application for entry clearance for a dependency of the United Kingdom or for another country. The fee for a visa for passing through the United Kingdom without entering for persons under 25 years of age is increased from £10 to £12.50 and for persons 25 years and over from £20 to £25. The fee for single entry clearance for persons under 25 years of age is increased from £10 to £16.50 and for persons 25 years and over from £20 to £33. The fees for multiple entry clearances valid for six months, two years and five years are increased from £30 to £45, £40 to £65 and £85 to £130 respectively. The fees for entry clearance for settlement, for marriage, for a certificate of entitlement to the right of abode and for a confirmation of the right of abode are each increased from £80 to £145. The fee for entry clearance for any other purpose is decreased from £60 to £50. Finally, provision is made for a fee of £20 for receiving in the United Kingdom an application made in the United Kingdom for a certificate of entitlement to the right of abode.",
