# The Consular Fees (Amendment) Order 2005, Article 2


Article 2 of the Consular Fees Order 2005 shall be amended by inserting, before the definition of “Crown Dependencies”, the following—
““biometric passport” means a passport which contains unique biological data specific to the holder,”
