This Order amends the Consular Fees Order 2005.

The Order increases the fees for (i) issuing passports of not more than 32 pages in the United Kingdom, and (ii) issuing 48 page passports in the United Kingdom. The fees for issuing passports are increased both in respect of applications made by post in the United Kingdom and applications made in person in the United Kingdom.

The fee for issuing a biometric passport in the United Kingdom is the same as the fee for issuing a non-biometric passport in the United Kingdom.
