  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order further amends the Consular Fees Order 2012 to make amendments to fees in connection with passport applications. The Order reduces the fees for applications made overseas for adult and child 32 page passports, and for 48 page passports, except for Diplomatic, Official or Armed Forces passports.\nThe Order also clarifies the drafting of paragraph A of the table of consular fees relating to passport services, to make clear that the fees payable by applicants for Diplomatic, Official and Armed Forces passports, and their dependants, are intended to operate by way of exception to the ordinary fees for overseas applicants; and that no fees are payable by persons born on or before 2nd September 1929.\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.",
