Regulation 2

The Consular Fees Regulations 1981^f1 shall be amended so that the following is substituted for Regulation 9:—

“Application

(1)

Monies received in respect of fees shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.

(2)

For the purposes of paragraph (1), any monies received in foreign currency shall be converted into sterling in a manner authorised by the Secretary of State.”
