# The Consular Fees Order 1994, Article 3


The fees set forth in the table of fees in the Schedule to this Order are prescribed to be levied by consular officers and by marriage officers under the Foreign Marriage Act 1892 and the Marriage with Foreigners Act 1906 in the execution of their duties, and the said table of fees shall be construed as part of this Order.
