  "text": "(This Note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order revokes and replaces the Consular Fees Order 1996.\nThe only changes are in respect of visa fees (para 20). The fee for the 5 year multiple entry visa has been reduced; the fees for settlement and marriage visas have been increased.\nThe Order abolishes the fee for confirmation of the right of abode and reduces the cost of a certificate of entitlement.\nThe overall effect is intended to complete the implementation of full cost recovery for fee-bearing consular services.",
