# Consular Fees Regulations 1981, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into Operation 11th May 1981
Her Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 1(3) of the Consular Fees Act 1980, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes, with the approval of the Treasury, the following Regulations:—
