  "long_title": "This Order, which is made pursuant to the Consular Relations Act 1968, provides for according, in addition to the privileges accorded with respect to consular posts of Japan and persons connected with them by Schedule 1 to the Act, relief from rates and taxes for the residences of certain consular officers and employees. It gives effect to the relevant provisions of the Consular Convention between the United Kingdom and Japan which was signed at Tokyo on 4th May 1964 (Cmnd. 2833).",
