# The Consumer Credit Act 1974 (Electronic Communications) Order 2004, Article 3: Amendments to the Consumer Credit (Termination of Licences) Regulations 1976

(1) The Consumer Credit (Termination of Licences) Regulations 1976 shall be amended as follows:
(2) In regulation 7, for “by post”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “by an appropriate method”.
