  "text": "In this Schedule—\n“the Deputy President” means the Deputy President of the Consumer Credit Appeals Tribunal;\n“lay panel” means the panel established under paragraph 3(3);\n“panel of chairmen” means the panel established under paragraph 3(1);\n“party” means, in relation to an appeal, the appellant or the OFT;\n“the President” means the President of the Consumer Credit Appeals Tribunal;\n“rules” means rules under section 40A(3) of this Act;\n“specified” means specified by rules.",
