  "text": "(1) The Lord Chancellor may appoint such staff for the Tribunal as he may determine.\n(2) The Lord Chancellor shall defray—\n(a) the remuneration of the Tribunal's staff; and\n(b) such other costs of the Tribunal as he may determine.",
