# Consumer Credit Act 1974, Paragraph 6

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) The Lord Chancellor may appoint such staff for the Tribunal as he may determine.
(2) The Lord Chancellor shall defray—
(a) the remuneration of the Tribunal's staff; and
(b) such other costs of the Tribunal as he may determine.
