# The Consumer Credit (Advertisements) (Amendment) Regulations 2007, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 6th April 2007
The Secretary of State makes the following regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 44 and 151(1) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
