  "text": "CONSUMER CREDIT\nMade 5th July 1989\nLaid before Parliament 6th July 1989\nComing into force 1st February 1990\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 44, 151(1), 182(2) and 189(1) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—",
