# The Consumer Credit (Agreements) Regulations 2010, Paragraph


If you lose your receipt you may provide either a statutory declaration or, if the credit (or credit limit) is not more than £x (2) and the creditor agrees, a signed statement instead. The creditor may provide the form to be used and may charge for doing so.
