# The Consumer Credit Appeals Tribunal Rules 2008, Rule 18: Determination without oral hearing

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The Tribunal may determine an appeal or any particular issue without an oral hearing if—
(a) the parties agree in writing; or
(b) the issue concerns a request for directions.
