  "text": "In these Regulations—\n“the 1974 Act” means the Consumer Credit Act 1974;\n“the 1998 Act” means the Data Protection Act 1998;\n“agency” means a credit reference agency; and\n“business consumer” means a consumer carrying on a business who has been given information under section 160 of the 1974 Act.",
