# The Consumer Credit (Entry and Inspection) (Amendment) Regulations 1984, Note: Explanatory note


These Regulations replace Regulation 2(b) of the Consumer Credit (Entry and Inspection) Regulations 1977. It now applies to all public telecommunications operators.
