  "text": "The Consumer Credit (Exempt Agreements) Order 1989 is hereby amended as follows—\n(a) in article 4—\n(i) in paragraph (2)(b), by substituting for the figure “14” the figure “15”; and\n(ii) in paragraph (6), by substituting for the words “TSB England and Wales public limited company” the words “TSB Bank Plc”;\n(b) in article 6, by inserting before the words “electricity or water” wherever they occur the word “gas,”;\n(c) in Part I of Schedule 1—\n(i) by inserting after the entry—\n“The Equitable Life Assurance Society” the entry—\n“Equico International Limited”;\n(ii) by inserting after the entry—\n“Pioneer Mutual Insurance Company Limited” the entry—\n“Prolific Life and Pensions Limited”;\n(iii) by substituting for the entry—\n“Nottingham Oddfellows Friendly Society” the entry—\n“Nottingham Oddfellows Assurance Friendly Society”;\n(iv) by deleting the entries—\n“Provincial Life Assurance Company Limited”\n“The Loyal Order of Ancient Shepherds (Ashton Unity) Friendly Society”;\n(v) by inserting after the entry—\n“The Scottish Legal Life Assurance Society” the entry—\n“The Shepherds Friendly Society”; and\n(vi) by inserting after the entry—\n“Church of Scotland Trust” the entry—\n“The Representative Body of the Church in Wales”;\n(d) by substituting for Part III of Schedule 1, the following Part—\n“PART III\nbodies corporate named or specifically referred to in an order made under section 156(4), 444(1) or 447(2)(a) of the housing act 1985\nAbbey Life Executive Mortgages Limited\nAbbey Life Funding Limited\nAbbey Life Home Loans Limited\nAbbey Life Home Services Limited\nAbbey Life Mortgage Finance Limited\nAbbey Life Mortgage Loans Limited\nAbbey Life Mortgage Securities Limited\nAbbey Life Residential Loans Limited\nCIS Mortgage Maker Limited\nGeneral Portfolio Finance Limited\nHalifax Loans Limited\nHalifax Loans (No. 2) Limited\nHalifax Loans (No. 3) Limited\nHalifax Loans (No. 4) Limited\nHMC First Home National PLC\nHousehold Mortgage Corporation PLC\nLombard Home Loans Limited\nLondon and Manchester (Mortgages) (No. 1) Limited\nLondon and Manchester (Mortgages) (No. 2) Limited\nLondon and Manchester (Mortgages) (No. 3) Limited\nLondon and Manchester (Mortgages) (No. 4) Limited\nThe Mortgage Corporation Limited\nThe National Home Loans Corporation Limited\nNational Mutual Home Loans plc\nNational Westminster Home Loans Limited\nRoyal London Homebuy Limited\nSecured Residential Funding PLC\nSun Life of Canada Home Loans Limited\nWesleyan Home Loans Limited”",
