# The Consumer Credit (Exempt Agreements) (Amendment) Order 1994, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 13th September 1994
Laid before Parliament 19th September 1994
Coming into force 10th October 1994
The Secretary of State, after consulting in accordance with section 16(3) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 the persons referred to therein, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 16(1) and (4) and 182(2) and (4) of that Act, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
