  "text": "CONSUMER CREDIT\nMade 11th February 1976\nLaid before Parliament 19th February 1976\nComing into Operation 12th March 1976\nThe Secretary of State, after consulting with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 10 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971 as amended by section 3 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, in exercise of her powers under sections 2(1)(b) and 182(2) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—",
