  "text": "CONSUMER CREDIT\nMade 4th February 1997\nLaid before Parliament 4th February 1997\nComing into force 10th March 1997\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 52, 152, 182(2) and 189(1) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
