Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Secretary of State, as a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972, in relation to matters relating to consumer protection and to the control of advertising, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of that Act.
