# The Consumer Protection (Amendment) Regulations 2014, Regulation 7


In paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Prescription and Limitation (Scotland) Act 1973 (obligations affected by prescriptive periods of five years under section 6), before paragraph (b) insert—
“(af) to any obligation arising by virtue of a right to redress under Part 4A of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (SI 2008/1277);”.
