  "text": "(1) The Operation of Air Services in the Community (Pricing etc.) Regulations 2013 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 3(1), omit the following definitions—\n(a) “electronic address”;\n(b) “electronic communication”;\n(c) “electronic communications network”;\n(d) “enforcement order”;\n(e) “enforcement subject”;\n(f) “interim enforcement order”.\n(3) Omit regulation 3(2).\n(4) Omit regulations 6 to 27.\n(5) Omit regulations 29 to 31.\n(6) Omit Part 4.",
