  "text": "(1) The Civil Aviation (Access to Air Travel for Disabled Persons and Persons with Reduced Mobility) Regulations 2014 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 3(1), omit the following definitions—\n(a) “electronic address”;\n(b) “electronic communication”;\n(c) “electronic communications network”;\n(d) “enforcement order”;\n(e) “enforcement subject”;\n(f) “interim enforcement order”.\n(3) Omit regulations 5 to 23.",
