# The Consumer Protection (Enforcement) (Amendment etc.) Regulations 2020, Regulation 7

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) The Civil Aviation (Access to Air Travel for Disabled Persons and Persons with Reduced Mobility) Regulations 2014 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3(1), omit the following definitions—
(a) “electronic address”;
(b) “electronic communication”;
(c) “electronic communications network”;
(d) “enforcement order”;
(e) “enforcement subject”;
(f) “interim enforcement order”.
(3) Omit regulations 5 to 23.
