# The Consumer Rights Act 2015 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2015, Article 2: Provisions coming into force on 27th May 2015


The following provisions of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 come into force on 27th May 2015—
(a) section 77 and Schedule 5 insofar as they relate to Chapter 5 of Part 3 and to the extent that they are not already in force; and
(b) section 82.
