  "text": "Section 81 (private actions in competition law) of the Act comes into force on 3rd August 2015, so far as it relates to the following provisions of Schedule 8 to the Act, for the purposes of making regulations or guidance—\n(a) paragraph 12;\n(b) paragraph 18;\n(c) paragraphs 20 to 22; and\n(d) paragraphs 28 to 35.",
