  "text": "Consumer Protection\nMade 29th September 2015\nComing into force 1st October 2015\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 96(1) and (2) of and paragraph 12(1) and (5) of Schedule 5 to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, makes the following Order.\nA draft of this Order was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 96(3) of and paragraph 12(6) of Schedule 5 to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
